That is SUCH a good idea!! Is that a kid sized one, or a regular one that you've shortened the handle on? Kieran would love it – thank you thank you!

I really, really wanted to get a Montessori one, but it was really pricey and wasn't in our budget at this time. So I went on Amazon and found one where you could adjust the handle. I've tried to find the exact model, so I could link to it and will look for it again (it wasn't listed anymore last time I checked). It was only about 20 bucks though. The girls love it. They actually fight over it (that's the only downside). :-)

I have one that is rechargeable and the handle has two heights. And part of it pops out into a dust-buster. The kids LOVE it and beg to use it. AKA – "If you behave, Mommy will let you vaccuum"!

how great! I'll have to remember that once Baby is big enough! right now, I vacuum with him on my hip and he makes "vroom vroom" noises like he does when he is playing with cars- he thinks the vacuum is pretty cool!

GREAT idea! I have my oldest using the real vacuum, which is quite heavy, but she doesn't seem to mind. Something like this might make it even more appealing… hmmmmmmm…. :D

We have the same sort of thing, and it was used so much by the little guy that the handle broke off! Seriously loved to death. :) We'll have to get a new one, because I'm tired of doing all the vacuuming myself…
